RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL 

When purchasing goods online from our webshop, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Redeko Flowers within 14 days from the day you or your representative received the ordered goods (withdrawal period).

RETURNS

In case of a return, you as the buyer bear the return cost. You are responsible for the goods and transportation until Redeko Flowers has received the goods.

EXCHANGE

In case of an exchange for another product, you as the buyer bear the return cost, but Redeko Flowers covers the new delivery cost of the exchanged goods. First, make a regular return, and then place a new order. Contact us via email at info@redekoflowers.se so that we can handle your exchange smoothly. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund your account.
