Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of you or your representative receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 2005:59, incl. SFS 2026:246) and EU Directive 2023/2673.
How to register your return Send an email to returns@redekoflowers.se with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Order number
- Which items you wish to return
- Date you received the goods
You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your return request.
Returns
For returns, you as the buyer cover the return shipping cost. You are responsible for the goods and the shipment until Redeko Flowers has received them. The return parcel must be sent as a business delivery directly to our address – we cannot collect parcels from pickup points.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase, within 14 days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, you cover the return shipping, but Redeko Flowers covers the shipping cost for the new items. Make a regular return and then place a new order. Contact us at shop@redekoflowers.se and we'll help you.
