TRANSPORT DAMAGE
All shipments sent from Redekoflowers.se to you are insured. Transport damaged goods will be replaced free of charge by Redeko Flowers. If you notice damage to the packaging before opening it, take pictures and contact Redeko Flowers customer service - info@redekoflowers.se.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. We always recommend handling fragile materials carefully. Follow the care instructions, and please ask us if you are unsure.
Defective goods will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size/shape. Refunds for defective goods can be made within 14 days of delivery. Remember to provide your order number. Also, clarify which items you are returning and why you want to return them.
Regarding colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors on our website will look exactly the same in reality. Due to different color settings on different computers and changed lighting conditions during photography.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of Force Majeure, Redeko Flowers' obligations will be suspended. The agreement between you and Redeko Flowers may in such cases be terminated in whole or in part by yourself or by Redeko Flower. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riots, government actions, strikes, lockouts, blockades, electricity, telephone or internet failure, natural disasters or similar events. If this unlikely event occurs, Redeko Flowers will do its best to solve any problems in time.
