Shipping policy

Delivery time:

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within Sweden.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Currently, delivery time for some products may be slightly longer than 5 business days. We will notify you separately regarding your specific delivery.

If significant delays occur, you will be contacted.

Home delivery:

Home delivery takes place on weekdays between 11am-4pm.

Store and online:

All items in our webshop are also available for purchase in-store at Nybrogatan 48 or Karlbergsvägen 36, which means items may become oversold. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items.

Compensation:

In case of product damage, please contact us via email and we will respond with a solution within 24 hours. Please keep the packaging and the product.

International shipping:

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days outside Sweden.
